JG Trucking LLC (“JG Trucking,” “we,” “us”) is a separate legal business owned by James and Joey Galbraith. It is not a division or DBA of Galbraith Lawn Care LLC. This page covers JG Trucking LLC operational texts; other businesses, including Lawn Care and Self Storage, have their own messaging programs and consent.

Configuration alone does not establish campaign approval or delivery. The JG sending number will be identified here after the authorized cutover. Consent to another business does not serve as consent to JG Trucking LLC.

The essentials: Recurring operational and customer-care SMS/MMS messages may be sent to employees, staff, drivers, contractors, applicants, customers, authorized contacts, and support contacts who have provided consent for the identified message subjects; replies to a recipient-initiated request are limited to that request. Message frequency varies by role and business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. JG Trucking LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Who receives messages

This is a private, business-operations and customer-care messaging program — not consumer marketing. Messages may be sent to employees, staff, drivers, contractors, applicants, customers, authorized contacts, and support contacts who have provided consent for the identified message subjects; replies to a recipient-initiated request are limited to that request. It is not offered to the general public for advertising.

2. What we send (message types)

Existing operational purposes are dispatch and job assignments, load or site details, schedule/route changes, safety/weather notices, payroll/timekeeping reminders, and related job forms or documents. Applicant consent covers recruiting/application follow-up and related application forms. Each recipient receives only messages within the subjects to which that recipient consented.

JG Trucking LLC messages may include branded links controlled by JG Trucking LLC, including links under galbraith.llc. The planned branded short-link domain is link.galbraith.llc; its registration and delivery verification remain pending. Links are used for dispatch details, schedules, job forms, maps, photos, and status pages. JG Trucking LLC does not use public URL shorteners for this messaging program.

We do not send marketing, promotional offers, political messages, sweepstakes, third-party lead generation, or unrelated advertising through this program.

3. How you consent (opt-in)

Employee broadcasts are a separate optional program. They concern staff meetings, training notices, company policy announcements and employee alerts/notices. Employees opt in only through the separate unchecked broadcast choice in the JG onboarding packet. Applicant consent, operational SMS consent and required employment acknowledgements do not enroll employees in this program. Earlier records without this separate choice remain Not captured; no consent is backfilled.

Applicants may opt in through the separate, unchecked SMS checkbox on the employment application. Employee operational consent is separate, as described in Section 7 of the employee handbook and the optional unchecked choice in the JG onboarding packet. A required employment acknowledgement does not enroll an employee in SMS. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or service. Initiating a support conversation permits replies about that specific request, not recurring messages. If a recipient opts out, JG Trucking LLC may use another available business contact method where practical.

4. Message frequency

Employee broadcasts are typically 2-3 per month; frequency may vary. This is an expected frequency, not a guaranteed maximum.

Frequency is recurring and varies — it depends on your role or request and on day-to-day operational activity (for example, the number of dispatches, schedule changes, or support items in a given week).

5. How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from JG Trucking LLC text messages, or HELP for help — reply directly to the message you received. For support, contact Brian Mickley, IT Consultant, at 330-705-0427 or brian@galbraith.llc. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier under your own plan; we do not control them. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy — we do not share your number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send marketing, promotional offers, political messages, sweepstakes, third-party lead generation, or unrelated advertising through this program. Numbers are used only to operate this messaging program and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We use a reputable messaging provider (for example, Twilio) that processes messages solely on our behalf.

8. Who the message is from (sender identity)

JG Trucking LLC messages identify JG Trucking LLC as the sender. This consent does not cover messages from Lawn Care, Self Storage, or another business.

Sending number. The sender transition above describes the current temporary sender and the pending JG migration. A number held by another account is not an active JG sending number.

9. Supported carriers

Available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may change and is not guaranteed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above.
