SMS Consent Example
JG Trucking LLC text-messaging consent · Revised October 13, 2026
This page shows the JG Trucking LLC opt-in wording to obtain consent before sending operational text messages. See our SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent and Privacy Policy for full details.
Sender transition: Temporary Brian T. Mickley Inc. setup. Configured sending number: +13309196264. JG Trucking LLC registration and its sending-number cutover remain pending. Configuration alone does not establish campaign approval or delivery. The JG sending number will be identified here after the authorized cutover. Consent to another business does not serve as consent to JG Trucking LLC.
1. JG Trucking LLC application consent checkbox
This is the consent checkbox shown on our employment application for JG Trucking LLC recruiting/application follow-up:
As it appears on the form
Checking the box is optional and is not a condition of applying or receiving service. The mobile number and consent are recorded with the submission.
2. Employee operational consent
Employee operational consent is separate from applicant consent. Section 7 of the JG Trucking employee handbook covers dispatch and job assignments, schedule/route changes, safety/weather notices, and payroll/timekeeping reminders, with a separate optional SMS signature. Only a separate captured JG SMS choice records employee operational consent; historical missing choices remain Not captured. A general handbook acknowledgement is not an SMS opt-in.
Blank employee example — not a signup form
This shows the exact current optional SMS choice in the JG employee onboarding packet. The controls below are disabled and contain no employee data. This example cannot submit or record consent.
Leave unchecked to decline texts. This choice does not affect submitting your packet. SMS Terms · Privacy Policy
Employee SMS consent is captured separately from the required mobile communication and employment acknowledgements. Signing those acknowledgements does not opt an employee into SMS.
3. Separate employee broadcast consent
Staff meetings, training notices, company policy announcements and employee alerts/notices use a separate prospective choice. Broadcasts are typically 2-3 per month; frequency may vary. An existing applicant or operational SMS choice does not authorize these broadcasts. Historical missing choices remain Not captured.
Blank employee broadcast example — not a signup form
This is the separate optional broadcast choice in the JG employee onboarding packet. These blank disabled controls cannot submit or record consent. No employee is enrolled by this example.
Leave unchecked to decline employee broadcasts. This choice does not affect submitting the packet or consenting to operational texts. Applicant consent, general acknowledgements and earlier operational choices do not enroll employees in broadcasts.
SMS Terms · Privacy Policy. JG sender registration and activation remain pending.
4. Help and support
Contact Brian Mickley, IT Consultant, at 330-705-0427 or brian@galbraith.llc. Initiating a support conversation permits replies about that request; it does not provide consent for recurring operational messages.
